The Coalition of Oodua Self-Determination Groups (COSEG) across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe, has congratulated Ambassador Seyi Tinubu (ST) on the occasion of his 40th birthday. The group said in a statement by its Co-Ordinator, Comrade Oredolapo Ibrahim, that the milestone is not merely a celebration of age, "but a reflection of purpose, resilience, and evolving leadership." It was added that "as a son of the soil and a symbol of generational transition, Ambassador Tinubu has demonstrated a growing commitment to ethical engagement, youth empowerment, and the socio-political advancement of our people." The Sultan Maccido Institute of Leadership at the Peace and Development Centre, Yakubu Gowon University, formerly University of Abuja, on Monday honoured Deputy Commissioner of Police and academic, Dr. Akeem Adedeji, in recognition of his hard work, selfless service, and dedication to human development. The Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Mathew Adamu, commended Dr. Adedeji for his passion and commitment, describing him as a role model worthy of emulation. “We must recognise people who give back to society. That is one of the biggest challenges we have as a country; many people don’t know how to give back.  "Giving back does not necessarily have to be about money.
