Seven Months After,Whereabouts of 32 year old Princewill Nwankpa remains unknown
The Nwankpa family in Egbelu Umuosisi Osusu Community in lsiala Ngwa North Local Government Area of Abia State in Nigeria is in distraught state the whereabouts of one of their sons, Princewill has been unknown since May this year.
It was gathered that 32-year-old Princewill was initiated into the dreaded IPOB cult against his wish in Egbelu Umuosisi Osusu Community, lsiala Ngwa North, Abia in November 2023.
It was however revealed that the leaders of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) wanted him to join a team on their dreaded operation, which he vehemently rejected, a move which pitched him against them.
It was gathered that as a community youth leader, who is loved by his colleagues, he failed to join the destructive move, which eventually pitched him against the powerful people behind the IPOB.
He was said to have confided the pressure of the IPOB leaders in one of his friends, named Nnamdi Okolie, who sympathised with him and made him realiae that it will be difficult to ignore the directive of the leadership, which didn't go down well with him.
However, the threat was said to have taken a dangerous dimension in the month of March, which made living in the community a trauma for him and the family.
However, in April, his friend; Nnamdi Okolie disclosed that he disappeared from the radar and that his telephone line had been switched off, stressing that all efforts to locate him have proven abortive.
The family has been in a state of confusion as the whereabouts of Princewill still remains a mystery, yet they still live in constant fear of being at the mercy of the leaders of IPOB.
Family members, who spoke with this medium, appealed that they should remain anonymous so that they won't incur the wrath of the group.
They all appealed that the Abia State government and the security agencies should help in searching for their beloved Princewill, whom they described as "peace loving."
All efforts to get the reaction of the Police Public Relations officer of the Abia State Police command proved abortive before press time.
