New Lagos State RTEAN Chairman, Comrade Samsondeen Ajala Kaosara Visits NURTW Chairman, Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Adio (Sego)

In what appears as clear departure from the ugly past,the newly elected Chairman of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria,(RTEAN) Comrade Samsondeen Ajala Kaosara paid a courtesy visit to his counterpart in the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW),Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Adio  a.k.a Tafa Sego ,where issues of mutual understanding was discussed ,with the duo promising to work  together for the development of transportation in the state 




The Courtesy visit gave the opportunity to the duo of comrade Kaosara and Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Adio a k.a.Tafa Sego to brainstorm on the problems plaguing transportation sector  and their unions in Lagos and carefully assured that they will work to find lasting solutions to them 



They jointly announced that there shall be no wranglings between the two unions as they are ready to work together and ensure both unions operate unhindered by any other unions 



The two union Chairmen equally used the occasion to appeal to their members at the grassroots level not to create unnecessary crisis , but rather perform their duties and desist from act that can tarnish the image and reputation of their unions




According to Alhaji Tafa Sego "today, I had the honour of receiving the newly appointed Lagos State Chairman of the Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Comrade Samsondeen Ajala Kaosara, accompanied by few members of his executive team.I warmly welcomed them and expressed my appreciation for their visit. We engaged in discussions on key issues aimed at strengthening our partnership and fostering collaboration between our unions"


Continuing"Our focus was on improving Lagos State’s transportation network for the benefit of all. Together, we aim to enhance service, safety, and efficiency across the sector"


In the words of the RTEan Chairman,we are here to show solidarity with our colleagues in the NURTW,We have come to show that we are one and we we are ready to work together for the progress of the transport sector in Lagos state. The era of fighting ourselves is gone,a new era of partnership is what we want now. From our discussion, we agreed to form synergy to work in  tandem with best practices to promote transportation in the state,so that we can be proud of ourselves"



The new move by the two leaders is a wonderful exploit that will enhance development in the transportation sector if fully implemented .
