LAGOS COUNCIL CHAIRMEN, CHAIRPERSONS CELEBRATE GOVERNOR SANWOOLU ON HIS 57TH BIRTHDAY WITH 57 CAKES,PRAYERS.

 




It was celebration galore at the local Government councils and local council development areas (LCDAs) in Lagos state on Monday as they rolled out the drums to celebrate the birthday of the state's helmsman,Mr Babajide Sanwoolu who clocked fifty Seven years on Saturday. 


The resolution to celebrate Mr Governor on Monday was passed to the Chairmen and Chairpersons of the councils and LCDAs by the chairman of ALGON,Hon Kolade Alabi. 


Information gathered revealed that all 57 Local Governments and Council Development Areas also  organized special prayers in honour of His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu.



Speaking during a Telephone Interview on the essence of the joint Intra Council celebration of Mr. Governor, Conference 57 Publicity Secretary, Builder Sesan Daini, Executive Chairman of Igbogbo Bayeku LCDA, he described Mr. Governor as a man of the people who has justified his second term bid with landmark achievement in Lagos State.


He said: "We are celebrating a leader with an impeccable administrative foresight for a greater Lagos.


He is a man who is committed to the growth and wellbeing of Lagosians, and these are his legacies for governance that we have imbibed in our respective local governments in the grassroots." the statement reads in parts.



Builder Daini used the medium to thank the All Progressives Congress (APC), national leader and Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, adding that the former Governor of Lagos State, has justified the trust and confidence he has in the administration of Governor Sanwo-olu.


He further stated that "the party has demonstrated the willingness for continuity in Lagos State with the party ticket given the Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-olu" "and we will ensure he delivers beyond 2023".
