LAGOS DIRECTS SCHOOLS TO RESUME Y2022/2023 ACADEMIC YEAR ON SEPTEMBER 5


 

Lagos State Government has directed all schools below the tertiary level to resume on Monday, 5th September, 2022, in compliance with the Y2022/2023 Harmonised Academic Calendar approved by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo.

A statement signed by the Director-General, Office of Education Quality Assurance, Mrs. Abiola Seriki-Ayeni, urged all schools to ensure strict compliance with the resumption date for delivery of quality and sustainable education in Lagos State. 

She advised students and school-based staff to adhere to health and safety protocols for a productive school year.

KACRAN Appeals for Resolution of Diplomatic Tensions Between Nigeria and Niger

The Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN) has called on President Bola Tinubu and the leadership of the Republic of Niger to resolve ongoing diplomatic tensions through dialogue and mutual understanding.
