Amuwo Odofin Will Vote Massively For Tinubu,Sanwoolu-Buraimoh




The Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin local government,Engr Valentine Oluwaseyi Buraimoh on Saturday promised that the people of his council area will vote massively for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC),Asiwaju Bola Ahmed TInubu in the 2023 presidential election,Governor Olushola Sanwoolu and other candidates of the party..  



Engr Buraimoh made the pledge on Saturday at the Police College,venue of the Eko Youth Walk for TInubu Shettima,where the youth in their thousands trooped out en masse  to promise their unalloyed support to the former governor of Lagos state. 


The Council Chairman stated that the massive turn out of appreciative Lagos youth is an indication of their preparedness to vote for him next year..


According to him "I am here with our appreciative youth ,who are out to show their love and preference for Asiwaju Bola TInubu. As you can see,the turn out is impressive and peaceful,it's an indication of acceptance and readiness to vote Asiwaju"


Continuing "let me promise on behalf of the people of Amuwo Odofin local , especially the youth,that Asiwaju will get massive. We have seen what he did when he was Governor,the massive employment opportunities created for the youth,via LASTMA,KAI ,LAWMA etc. The infrastructure got massive boost under him and he laid the foundation for a prosperous Lagos,which his successors have built and still building upon.  So,if given the opportunity in 2023,I am confident that he will tune around the fortunes of the country"


Engr Buraimoh concluded by reiterating that the former Lagos state Governor is the most qualified for the exalted seat.

Hotelier Drags NDLEA before National Human Rights Commission over Invasion, Destruction of his property

A Lagos-based hotelier, Mr. Ayobami Moses Idowu, has lodged a petition with the National Human Rights Commission, alleging unlawful invasion, property destruction, and the theft of his gold necklace worth fifty million naira by officers of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). Idowu's legal representatives, Complete Solicitors and Advocates, based in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State, submitted the petition titled "Unlawful Invasion of Mr. Ayobami Moses Idowu's Residence and Business Premises by NDLEA Officers," urging the commission to ensure justice for their client. Ekiti Insecurity: Group gives marching order to herders to leave community

Following unbridled grazing activities leading to wanton destruction of farmland, kidnap and sundry nefarious perpetrations, the Itapaji Progressives Union (IPU) has issued notice to Fulani herders operating in and around the town to vacate. Rising from an emergency meeting with the traditional council of the town, led by the Olu of Itapaji, Oba AbdulKareem Adebanjo, and the deputy, High Chief Yisa Olaoye (Oluketu of Itapaji Ekiti), it was resolved that all cattle dealers in the town should close the business,  to augment the ongoing moves by the Ekiti State government to enthrone security in the zone as well as boost agricultural yields.
