ARIYOH COMMISERATES WITH AKINSANYA FAMILY OVER THE DEATH OF THEIR DAUGHTER ,PRAYS FOR REPOSE OF HER SOUL




 The immediate past Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Hon.Idris Bolaji Muse Ariyoh has expressed  shock over the news of the demise of Alhaja Kibitu Adunni Adenuga - Akinsanya who passed on,  on Wednesday after a brief illness.


The Former Council Boss in his condolence message said that death is inevitable and every soul shall taste it and submit to the supreme call but it is sad when people die in their prime.


He described the deceased as brave, staunch supporter of the Progressive party and a community person par excellence.


His message reads, " The news of the death of Iya Abo came with a rude shock and difficult to term with the reality that she has gone.


" We can't query God but with solace that she lived a good life with impact as a community person par excellence and with the love of her people at heart.


" I commiserate with the entire family of Akinsanya especially Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya over the death of her small mummy, Iya Abo , who he so much loved and cherished.


" I pray God grant her soul eternal rest and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss,"

Hotelier Drags NDLEA before National Human Rights Commission over Invasion, Destruction of his property

A Lagos-based hotelier, Mr. Ayobami Moses Idowu, has lodged a petition with the National Human Rights Commission, alleging unlawful invasion, property destruction, and the theft of his gold necklace worth fifty million naira by officers of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). Idowu's legal representatives, Complete Solicitors and Advocates, based in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State, submitted the petition titled "Unlawful Invasion of Mr. Ayobami Moses Idowu's Residence and Business Premises by NDLEA Officers," urging the commission to ensure justice for their client. Ekiti Insecurity: Group gives marching order to herders to leave community

Following unbridled grazing activities leading to wanton destruction of farmland, kidnap and sundry nefarious perpetrations, the Itapaji Progressives Union (IPU) has issued notice to Fulani herders operating in and around the town to vacate. Rising from an emergency meeting with the traditional council of the town, led by the Olu of Itapaji, Oba AbdulKareem Adebanjo, and the deputy, High Chief Yisa Olaoye (Oluketu of Itapaji Ekiti), it was resolved that all cattle dealers in the town should close the business,  to augment the ongoing moves by the Ekiti State government to enthrone security in the zone as well as boost agricultural yields.
