APC Chieftain,Prince Kuku Gives Out Jamb Forms To indigent Students in Ikeja



A Chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikeja Local government , Prince Adegboyega Kuku has distributed over 50  Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms to indigent but brilliant students in his constituency




While presenting the forms on Friday at his Oregun office,the Accountant cum businessman enjoined the beneficiaries to ensure they pass their examination in flying colours to justify his investment and promised that he will continue to help the needy in his constituency


Prince Kuku further posited that the beneficiaries of the scheme will be given free tutorial training by the foundation as well as other students who are children of party members in the constituency,stressing that the details will be posted on the website of his foundation 

He equally posited that the problem bedeviling the country can not be left to government alone , but that privileged Nigerians should endeavour to plough back to the society 



He assured that either in office or not,he will ensure his people don't go to bed with hunger,stressing that his MO foundation will continue to cater for the less privileged in the  society

LASTMA ARRAIGNS 12 OFFICERS BEFORE DISCIPLINARY PANEL FOR VARIOUS OFFENSES BOTHERING ON CORRUPT PRACTICES, ABSENTEEISM

  .........11 Officers indicted as panel final reports recommended dismissal, reduction in rank, compulsory retirement for Officers Operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) on Thursday,  arraigned 12 Officers before Disciplinary Panel for various Offenses bothering on corrupt practices and absenteeism in line with the extant rules as guided by the Lagos State Civil Service Rules and Regulations. The Acting General Manager of LASTMA Mr. Bakare Oki Olalekan disclosed that the disciplinary panel which was statutorily constituted with three (3) Permanent Secretaries in attendance adjudicated cases of corrupt practices levied against these 12 Officers and forwarded their recommendations to the State Civil Service Commission for ratification in line with the Public Service Rules. LASTMA GETS NEW GENERAL MANAGER.

    Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has approved with immediate effect the appointment of Mr. Bakare-Oki Olalekan as the Acting General Manager of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA). A statement by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Transportation Mr. Olawale Musa noted that the appointment of Mr. Bakare-Oki Olalekan is for better performance, eradicating incidences of misdemeanors among staffs and continued efficient/effective traffic management on Lagos roads. Bakare-Oki Olalekan joined the Lagos State Public Service on the April 25, 2000 and rose through the ranks over the years to the post of Deputy Director, Logistics and Engineering Department of LASTMA, before his new appointment as General Manager.
