Lagos NURTW Chairman,Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Sego Tours Branches, Calls for Cooperation among Members
In his avowed commitment to a better and more improved Union,the Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW),Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Adio popularly known as Sego over the weekend visited some of the branches of the union to felicitate with members and engage them on the challenges confronting them in the discharge of their duties
The Chairman while he condemned some of the Executive members for the unwholesome environment of their environment ,urged them to ensure they embark on cleanliness of their environment,stressing that their well being is the priority of his administration and that he won't compromise on that..
He commended others for their steadfastness and commitment to members' welfare,stating that so many lofty programmes will be unveiled by his administration in the next few months
Alhaji Sego appealed to Nigerians to continue to support the government of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the policies begin implemented though come with pains , but will definitely lead to prosperity
He assured that the NURTW under his watch will not condone any act of brigandage in the garages,as such act stand condemnable
In his words"let me urge our members to enter the new year with optimism and confidence ,that we will not condone any act of trouble at our garages. We shall continue to monitor our garages to ensure that the executive committees ensure their environment remain clean and orderly"
Continuing" let me enjoin us as Nigerians to rally round president Tinubu and support his Reforms for a better Nigeria. He is a trusted leader,who is committed to the good of the people of Nigeria"
Finally, Alhaji Sego prayed for the peaceful 2025 for every Nigerian and also President Tinubu as well as Governor Babajide Olushola Sanwoolu
He prayed that the new year will usher in prosperity,happiness and conducive atmosphere for progress
